I’ve spent decades in martial arts and combat sports — training, competing, coaching, and rebuilding myself through adversity.
My path wasn’t straightforward. I grew up facing trauma, instability and real challenges that forced me to develop discipline, emotional control and mental strength the hard way.
Those experiences shaped the mindset I bring to fighters today.
I understand the pressure of stepping into the gym, the fear before a fight, the crash after a loss, and the struggle to stay disciplined outside the ring — because I’ve lived it.
Today I help fighters build real mental strength: calm under pressure, clear in purpose and disciplined in action.
