The Life Dojo was built from my own transformation — shaped by a difficult childhood, trauma, and years of pressure that forced me to develop discipline, clarity, and purpose.

Forged Through Adversity

Martial arts, entrepreneurship, and real-world challenges taught me how to stay grounded under pressure and rebuild when life hit hard. That experience shapes how I coach — direct, honest, and rooted in reality.

I work as a men’s personal development coach, helping men build mental strength, emotional control, and long-term discipline through structured 1:1 coaching.
